Reflecting on Robin Williams’ quote, we are hoping the long cold winter weather is out for good and are eagerly embracing warm sunshine and golden days ahead. It’s time for some spring fun and a good excuse for a party (at least this is our motivation as we continue to prepare for a spring season of events). Spring is a beautiful time on Ocracoke. The days are clean, crisp and refreshing, and a soft scent of flowers soon fill the air. Like many of you, we are taking advantage of the weather, including working in the yard and touching up the landscape around the Berkley grounds. We are excited at the thought of our first couple events just weeks away!
